Cancellation Policy

At Sovereigns Crown, professionalism and respect for time are top priorities. To maintain fairness for all clients and protect the schedule, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced: 📌 CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations or failure to cancel before your appointment time will be charged the full service fee (100%). 📌 NO-SHOWS A “no-show” is defined as: • Not arriving to your appointment, and • Not contacting the stylist before the appointment time. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked. After two no-shows, you may be required to prepay for all future appointments or risk being blocked from scheduling. 📌 LATE ARRIVALS Clients arriving 10 minutes or more after their appointment ztime may need to: • Accept a modified service, or • Reschedule and pay a 50–100% late cancellation fee, depending on the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is automatically canceled and counted as a no-show. 📌 SAME-DAY RESCHEDULING Reschedules made on the same day of the appointment are treated as cancellations and are subject to the same 50–100% fee. 📌 PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS All fees from cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows must be paid before booking your next appointment. Unpaid fees may result in blocked scheduling privileges. 📌 EMERGENCIES True emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis at the stylist’s discretion. Documentation may be requested. 📌 COMMUNICATION To cancel or reschedule, please use: • The booking site • Text • Phone Messages must be sent before the appointment time to avoid penalties.
